We know trans fat is a bad dude in nutrition, that's why we try to buy foods which advertise 0 grams of trans fat.
So why does your food still have trans fat in it?
After doing a little research on the FDA's web site, I found that "0 grams" actually means 500mg per serving! This is a problem for an Oreo-lover such as myself when one serving is only two cookies!
